1 – PURPOSE:
The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the company S.A.M MONACAIR and its customer as part of the sale of transportation of passengers in helicopters on the regular line Monaco – Nice Côte d’Azur
Airport – Monaco. Any service executed by the company S.A.M MONACAIR implies the buyer’s unconditional acceptance of these general conditions of sale (CGV).

2 – CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT FOR THE CARRIAGE OF PASSENGERS
Monacair undertakes to implement all resources at its disposal to transport the passenger and its baggage within reasonable durations. The timings mentioned on the website www.monacair.mc and the different tariff grids distributed by Monacair and its partners may be subject to change due to requirements related to the management of operations and other unforeseen circumstances. They are not guaranteed and are not binding in nature. They are subject to modification without any prior notice. Monacair accepts no responsibility in the case of a connecting flight with another airline company. The passenger undertakes to be aware of the formalities imposed by the authorities and to
possess the required identity documents and any other proof.
The passenger undertakes to show up on time for the registration, i.e., 20 minutes before the take-off time.
In case of a delay, MONACAIR, on a commercial basis, will endeavour to send the passengers on the first available flight. However, Monacair cannot be held responsible for the delay or for any impossibility of sending the passengers late if the flights are full or if the timing is at the end of the rotation The passenger undertakes to give Monacair any information that necessitates special care (infant, fragile baggage or baggage with dimensions other than standard authorised ones, physically disabled people, animals, etc.)
Monacair reserves the right to refuse to let on board and, in general, transport any person that does not comply with the aforementioned conditions, as well as any person with behaviour that the Monacair representative deems likely to harm the smooth operation of the flight or transport (inebriated condition, aggressive or inappropriate attitude, etc.)

3 – CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT FOR THE CARRIAGE OF BAGGAGE
Monacair authorises 1 standard-size piece of baggage per person (60 X 80 X 20) – Maximum weight: 23 kg. Monacair requests that passengers use supple baggage.
The passenger undertakes to give Monacair any information that necessitates special care (fragile baggage or baggage with dimensions other than standard authorised ones, stroller, etc.) and to bear the costs involved, if needed.
Any specific request must be sent to the Booking Service at least 2 hours before the flight, taking into account the working hours and days. For all flights
taking off before 10:30 a.m. the request must be made on the previous day by telephone.

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.; Saturday, Sunday, public holidays: 9 a.m. – 12 noon and 2 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Any baggage that does not comply with the imposed standard shall be sent as soon as possible by air or land, and shall be subject to an additional charge.

4 – TAXES AND TARIFF CONDITIONS
The tariffs applied at the time of issuing the ticket are valid. They are inclusive of airport taxes.
In case of any additional charge, Monacair undertakes to do its best to contact the customer who made the booking at least 24 hours before the flight (provided that the contact details given in the customer profile are valid and that the customer can be reached).

5 – PAYMENT CONDITIONS
No booking is deemed finalised before the full payment of the total net amount and the issuing of the ticket or electronic ticket.
Bookings made on the website www.monacair.mc must be paid via debit card only.
Bookings made via the Call Centre or at the Monacair counter can be paid by debit card, in cash, or by cheque from France or Monaco. Payments by cheque are not accepted if made within 14 days before the flight.
Monacair accepts no responsibility if one of these payment methods cannot be accepted due to any technical malfunction.
Monacair reserves the right to refuse access to any person who has not fully paid the net price of the ticket, and to any ticket or e-ticket holder whose payment was suspended, contested or not validated.

6 – MODIFICATIONS
Monacair authorises modifications up to 2 hours before the take-off time only via telephone to the Booking Service during working hours. Morning flights departing before 10:30 a.m. must
therefore be modified the day before. Otherwise, the booking shall be considered as a no-show (refer to the “cancellations” chapter) MONACAIR Booking Service: +377 97 97 39 00 WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. – 6

Any claims must be sent via registered letter within 14 days after the cancelled flight to the address:

The claim letter must be drafted in French or English.
In case of a reimbursement, Monacair will make the payment within a period of 30 days after the accep-tance.

7 – CANCELLATIONS
Monacair authorises cancellations up to 2 hours before the take-off time only via telephone to the
Booking Service. Morning flights departing before 10:30 a.m. must therefore be cancelled the previous day.

Cancellation charges:
ONE-WAY / SINGLE: penalty of €30 per coupon, per passenger
TWO-WAY: penalty of €50 per coupon, per passenger
NO SHOW: Non-refundable, except for the total amount of passenger taxes.
Any claims must be sent via registered letter within 14 days after the cancelled flight to the address:

In case of a reimbursement, Monacair will make the payment within a period of 30 days after the acceptance.

8 – VALIDITY
All tickets are valid for 1 YEAR starting from the date of issue.

9 – CONDITIONS OF THE MONACO/MONACO SHUTTLE SERVICE
The MONACAIR service includes transport between the heliport and an address in Monaco using a non-private shuttle. For the best service, we request you book your shuttle when booking your helicopter flight.
On arrival at Monaco: Transport in a non-private shuttle shall be executed as soon as possible, taking into account any unforeseen circumstances related to traffic. Any delays related to the travel time cannot be attributed to Monacair. Passengers who have not pre-booked their shuttle shall not be given priority.
For passengers departing from Monaco:
The shuttle must be booked when making the flight booking, or by calling the Booking Service at least 2 hours before the flight. Beyond this period, the shuttle service is subject to confirmation.
